Color Chooser Pop-up GC issue

Change the initial size of the Color Chooser to be a little bit larger than it is now. This may only be a chrome issue, but when I open it, only the top six rows of color show up and if I go to scroll down, numerous times it chooses a random color and I have to reformat part of the post. Not a huge deal, but I “Think” it would be an easy fix.
