Skills for 2E character sheets

This seems like it deserves its own ticket since its a very different design. When the form is drawn, it will display all the skills you have stored in the table, and a button to “add more rows”.

So the skills table would look like this:

Unique ID, Board Number, Skill Name, Skill Value
123 56 Brawling 3

I should think about doing this for Star Wars d6 as well. What I have now is lots more overhead. But admittedly SWd6 is not as prolific as it was, so the priority on that would be pretty low.
